Our Mission Statement

The Ladies Ministry Of Farley Street Baptist Church consists of all ladies of the membership that wish to be involved.  Our number one goal is to bring honor and glory to the Lord.  We see to minister to those with a need and become closer through fellowship with each other.  We strive to be a support group and to hold up each other in prayer.

 

Opportunites for Service

Angels Unaware- Write words of enouragement to others anonymously.

Benefolent Food - Be on a team that provides the meal on the day of a funeral.

Bible Study- Be part of a Bible-bases study specific to women's concerns and needs.

Casserole Ministry - Provide a casserole for families of day surgeries, sickness, or where there is a need.

Christmas Gathering - Help plan and host a Christmas gathering for the ladies of our church.

Ladies Retreat - Be part of a team to plan a retreat for our ladies.

LIPS(Ladies in Prayer Service) - Be a part of a group of ladies who pray for specific needs of our ladies.

Showers - Help organize, plan, and help with wedding and baby showers for members of the church.

Sole for Jesus -- Provide shoes for those with a need.

Dear Farley Street Ladies,

What a joy it is be part of such a wonderful ladies' ministry at Farley Street Baptist Church.  Our goal is to bring glory to our lord by ministering with and to the ladies of our church.  We need you to come along beside and be involved where your spiritual gifts lead you.  If you have questions or needs, please let us know.
