Our Mission Statement

We exist to bring every member to a supreme friendship with Jesus Christ, His family, and to befriend the un-churched for the glory of God.

Why this mission statement? Our mission statement is founded upon three passages of scripture that Christ gave to the early church.

First, God’s call on our life is to salvation and then He invites us to a supreme friendship with Himself. Everything we do is to see you come to know Christ in a deeper and meaningful way.

"This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.  Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for his friends.  You are My friends if you do whatever I command you.  No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you." John 15:12-15

Next, God calls every believer to live the great commandment. As you grow in your relationship with God, you will grow in your relationship with His family, the church. We invite you to grow in friendship with our church family.

'Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?'  Jesus said to him, 'You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.  This is the first and great commandment.  And the second is like it:  You shall love your neighbor as yourself.  On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.' "

            Matthew 22:36-40

Finally, God calls every believer to live the great commission. God loves people and wants each of us to share His love with others.

"And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, 'All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.  Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.' Amen." Matthew28:18-20
